There will be cancellation facility for online booking and refund of payment is allowed in case of cancellations depending upon cancellation policy

If room booking is cancelled by the Reserving Authority, full amount will be refunded

Cancellation policy, if applicant cancels the booking

  -  Before 10 days of the date of arrival - 90% refund

  -  Before 5 days of the date of arrival - 75% refund

  -  Before 1 days of the date of arrival - 50% refund

  -  Within 24 hrs of the date of arrival - No refund

Cancellation of booking is subjected to the cancellation policy. If any refund is due on account of booking cancellation, the refund request shall be raised through the portal by the user
